48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
We know your time is valuable. If we are late, we’ll call ahead to let you know. We ask that you do the same for us and offer a grace period of 15 minutes. We strive to run on time – In order to do so, we ask that you are available and ready during your arrival window. If you must cancel or reschedule, please let us know within 48 hours. You will receive a reminder email two days prior to service date and a text reminder (if you provided a cell number) when the technician is on his way to your home/business. Cancellation fee may apply of $45. By scheduling you agree to our terms and conditions included in your invoice.
