First, you receive a reminder notification two days prior to cleaning with instructions to help us start on-time.
Upon arrival, we start with an inspection. We want to know what are your concerns and condition of your carpet before proceeding with cleaning.
We remove any small items off the floor to clean as much surface area as possible. For liability reasons we do not move anything over 15 lbs.
Next, we pre-treat any areas or spots that need extra attention. Worried over pet urine? Not a problem, let us know to provide a pet treatment.
We use our truckmount system and cleaning solutions to deep clean. For high-rise units we have a portable system to service.
Finally, we check-in with you to make sure you are happy with our service.
